Full design and iconography

Tasked to come in and lead design on a complete redesign and new build of Independent Health's mobile application, MyIH while contributing to redesign and new feature efforts on Independent health's MyIH member portal.

Responsible for:

Lead cross-functional team workshops, working directly with executives, product owners, engineers, and numerous other stakeholders.
Created member personas, user flows, while collaborated on information architecture and mind-mapping.
Worked with an outside vendor on research studies and usability studies.
White boarding, Sketching, wireframing, prototyping, mockups, animation recommendation.
Created a design system and worked with engineers to stand up a component library.
